Athlone BioPower is a dairy and cash crop farm owned and operated by Brian and Wendy Anderson. The farm is on 600 acres of land and currently milks 130 cows. The Anderson’s worked with PlanET Biogas Solutions to install two anaerobic digesters, a primary and secondary tank each 2,077m3 in size. The system is producing 500kW of power. The digester menu includes manure and other organic input.
